Reading and searching

You can read and search the articles without an account. Search terms are sent to this website as part of the URL and may therefore appear in your browser history and technical server logs. Do not enter names, contact details or personal medical information in the search field.

Your reading list stays in your browser

When you save a topic or create a collection, the reading-list feature stores that choice in this browser's local storage. It does not send your list or collection names to our server or synchronise them with other devices. You can remove topics or clear the whole list from My reading list. Clearing this website's data in your browser also removes this storage.

Technical data and external sources

The website is delivered and protected through Cloudflare. When you visit, the web server and Cloudflare process technical request data, such as your IP address, the requested URL and browser information. Cloudflare may use necessary cookies to protect the website. See Cloudflare's explanation of cookies for more information.

Opening an external source takes you to another website with its own privacy terms. Do not put personal health information in search queries or collection names, particularly on a shared device.
